मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा के अंतर्गत राजस्थान के गरीब परिवारों को इलाज हेतु ₹50000 तक का स्वास्थ्य बीमा लाभ उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। राज्य के नागरिकों को इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी योजना में भाग लेना होगा और इसके बाद नागरिक को सरकार को ₹850 सालाना स्वास्थ्य बीमा प्रीमियम राजस्थान के रूप में देना होगा ताकि उन्हें ₹50000 तक का स्वास्थ्य बीमा लाभ मिल सके। आवेदक इस बीमा की राशि को कैशलेस रूप में प्राप्त कर सकता है। राजस्थान स्वास्थ्य बीमा प्रीमियम के अंतर्गत कई बीमारियों को तथा 1576 पैकेज को शामिल किया गया है। स्वास्थ्य बीमा के अंतर्गत पीड़ित के अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के 5 दिन पहले तथा छुट्टी होने के 15 दिन बाद तक के काल में निशुल्क इलाज उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। इसके अंतर्गत सभी प्रकार की जांचे दवाइयां एवं पूर्ण रूप से अस्पताल खर्चा शामिल होगा एवं यह सारा खर्च राजस्थान स्वास्थ्य बीमा प्रीमियम के अंतर्गत शामिल होगा।

• अब आपकी कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर एक नया पेज खुल जाएगा।
• नये पेज पर आपको तीन प्रकार की CITIZEN, UDYOG, GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE आदि  कैटेगरी दिखाई देगी।
• आवेदक को कैटेगरी के नीचे दो अन्य ऑप्शन जैसे जन आधार और भामाशाह आदि में से किसी एक का चुनाव करना होगा।
• आवेदक के द्वारा चुने गए ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करने पर एक नया पेज ओपन होगा।
• नए पेज पर संबंधित कुछ जानकारियां पूछी जाएंगी। अब उन जानकारियों को ध्यान पूर्वक भरे और सबमिट के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक कर दें।
• आवेदक अब पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है।
