Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship Program
Find out the eligibility criteria for applying to the scholarship program for a Single Girl Child’s parents.
- The parents of the single child are eligible for applying to the Single Girl Child Scholarship Scheme.
- The scheme is for the single girl child of classes XI and XII.
- The girl’s age should not exceed 15 years at the time of education.
- Applicants should belong to Indian Nationality.
- All the single girl students who secured 60% or more of 11th and 12th with tuition fees were not more than Rupees 1500 during the academic year.
- The board also considers the NRI Applications, and the scholarship should be a maximum of Rupees 6000.

- Visit the official portal of cbse.nic.in.
- It takes the online user to the following page.
- Click on the Click for CBSE Website.
- It takes the online user to the New Website.
- Scroll down the Home Page of the Official Website and click on the Chhatrvruthi icon.
- On the newly opened page, click on the Guidelines & Application Forms/Apply Online.
- It then takes the applicant to the below page.

- Verify all the details and click on the submit button to finish the application process.
- Go to Print Confirm Page and generate the confirmation page.
- The applicants can also renewal their scholarship applications online on the portal.
- However, the scholarship renewal process will happen offline by sending the documents to the below address.
