The main motto behind the construction of the scheme is to provide Universal Health Coverage to BPL families Network of hospitals and health camps are organized and made up to government sectors to handle the patients under the AarogyaSri scheme. The uniqueness of this scheme is the patient can select his interest hospital services for his treatment. The government looks after all the treatment services and payments in a most transparent manner.

Andhra Pradesh YSR Aarogyasri Eligibility
Here is the list of eligibility criteria points, who are eligible for the YSR AarogyaSri scheme in Andhra Pradesh
- Applicant must have below 35 acres of land including wet and dry land
- Applicant must be paying municipal property tax for less than 3000 Sft(334 sq. yds)
- All the contract employees, part-time works, outsourcing, and sanitation works with less than 5 lakhs of annual income are eligible
- Any private-sector employee working in the public sector and honorary remuneration employees are applicable
- An applicant with only one car is eligible for the scheme, more than one are not eligible
- Families filing income tax up to 5 lakhs are eligible for the scheme

How to Apply for Aarogyasiri Health Scheme | Online Registration or Offline Form?
All the BPL families with valid ration cards are eligible for the YSR AarogyaSri scheme. An offline form will be available at Vidyamithra hospital lists to get the medical expenses and reimbursement for the treatment. Online registration is not required for the AaroyaSri scheme.
YSR Aarogyasiri Card, How to Apply & Check Status
Once the application is approved by the STO/APPO office, you will get a message to your registered mobile number regarding the approval of the application. After this, once your health card is ready, you get a notification to your mobile number

- Open official website www.sps.ap.gov.in
- On the homepage, open Health card status tab
- Enter the required information on the screen and then click on search
- You will get the status of the Health Card
