- Click on “New/Old Pre Registration”
- On the next page, when asked if you have a central registration number or not, select no

PGI Online Pre-Registration for Old Patients
The old patients already have a CR number, which can be used during the online Pre-registration process. The old patients need to use the central registration number to book the online appointment.
