- On the Home Page, Click on the New Residential Schemes.
- Enter the Serial Number and Download the Advertisement Brochure.
- Scroll down the brochure to the end of the document.
- Now, you can see the Sample Application Form.
LDA Housing Yojana Online Registration Form 2021
- Take a print out of the LDA Housing Registration Form, as shown below.
- Enter / Select the Name of the Scheme, Name of the Sub-Scheme, Payment Method (Cash Down / On Instalment), Category of Plot (A / B /C / D).
- Enter the Applicant’s Name, Father’s / Husband’s Name, Name of the Joint Applicant, Name of the Father / Husband, Postal Address.
- Enter / Select Pin Code, Marital Status, Age, Date of Birth, Gender, Category (General, SC, ST, OBC, Other).
- Enter Aadhar Number, Occupation, PAN Number, Annual Income, Registration Amount (in digits) Rupees, Registration Amount (in words) Rupees, Details of the Applicant’s Bank Account, Name of the Account Holder, Name of Bank and Branch, Account Number, and IFSC Code.
- Under the Name and Relation of Designated Successor by the Applicant, Enter the Name, Father’s Name, Age, Relation from Designated Successor, Mobile Number of Applicant, and Email.
- Read the Declaration, Enter Place / Date and Signature of Applicant / Applicants.
- Attach all the necessary documents with the application form and submit the filled application form to the concerned officials.
LDA Housing Scheme Eligibility Criteria
Let us look at the eligibility criteria that an applicant should fulfill to get eligible for the LDA Housing Scheme launched by the Uttar Pradesh Government.
- The applicant who wishes to apply for the scheme should complete 18 years of age.
- The annual income of the applicant candidate should meet the eligibility guidelines.
