Delhi development authority has started online registrations for 5623 flats on first come first serve basis. The online application portal opened from 5:00 pm on 30th June. Eligible and interested people can download and read the official brochure and apply online. The flats offered are 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK. These are in Jasola, Narela, Dwarka, Rohini, Siraspur & Loknayakpuram.

DDA Housing Scheme 2024
This is the 4th Phase-IV of DDA’s first come first serve housing scheme. Under this scheme 5623 flats are listed. These flats belong to EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG Categories. Kindly note that the prices of these flats vary from Rs. 10 Lakh to Rs. 2.14 Crore.
DDA First Come First Serve Phase IV – Who is Eligible to Apply
- Applicant should be permanent resident of India.
- Age of the applicant should be atleast 18 years.
- Those who are applying for EWS category flats, the annual income should be less than 10 Lakhs.
- There is no income critera for other category of flats.
Last Date to Apply for DDA 5623 Flats Housing Scheme
The registration process for Phase IV of the Scheme started from 30th May 2023 from 5.00 PM, and booking of flats will be available from 10.07.2023 from 12.00 PM.
However, as this is a first come first serve scheme, if the flats are booked before the last date, the scheme registration process automatically stops at that time. If not, it continues till 10th July 2023.

Kindly understand that the booking amount paid will be adjusted against the cost of the flat but will be non-refundable and shall stand forfeited in case of surrender/cancellation.
Application Fee
Every interested applicant needs to register online. For that they need to create login credentials. To do that, every applicant needs to pay a sum of Rs. 1180 (non-refundable).

DDA Housing Scheme 2024 – Online Registration for FCFS Phase IV
- Go to the registration page – dda.gov.in/eservices.dda.org.in.
- Now, create a login
- You need to pay Rs. 1180 and then your account will be created.
- Once you have the username and password, you can login into your account.
- Now, fill in the online application form.
- Once you select a flat, you have a 15 minute window
- Make sure you pay the booking amount in this time period to book that flat
- After the successful online payment, Demand-cum-allotment letter is sent within 24 hours
After the issuance of Demand-cum-Allotment letter, the cost of the flat has to be paid within 60 days (Interest free period). The booking amount that you paid will be adjusted in this. If you pay after this period, an interest rate of 11% will be levied.
If the amount is not paid within 90 days of receiving the Demand-cum-allotment letter, the flat will be cancelled and the booking amount will not be refunded.
