Let us see the online procedure to register on the karmobhumi portal as a job seeker, as shown below.
- Visit the Official Portal of the WB Karmobhumi.
- It takes the applicant to the Home Page below.
- Click on the Login/Register tab present at the top right corner on the Home Page.
- Select the option Applicant from the drop-down.
- It then redirects the candidate to the registration page below.
- Click on the register now link at the bottom of the login page.
- It then redirects the online applicant to the below page.
- On the newly opened page, Select your Domain from the drop-down and click on the I Accept button.
- Enter your 10 Digit Mobile Number on the same page.
- Click on the Generate OTP.
- Copy the OTP from your Mobile and Enter in the respective field.
- Click on the Verify and Proceed Button.
- It then displays the below questionnaire for the candidates.
- Choose the answer as per Yes/No
- Do you belong to it/ITes workforce?
- Post-Covid, are you looking for a job?
- Are you looking for any IT/ITes Job in West Bengal?
- After Answering the Questions, Fill the below form.
- Find your skill listing with Number of Years of Experience, as shown below.
- As shown in the figure, Select the Number of Years of Experience next to each skill.
- Answer the other questions: Do you have a Linkedin Profile.
- Enter Email ID and Age in Years, Expected Salary, Last Employment Location and Present Location.
- Click on the I Agree Button under the Disclaimer.
- Verify all the details and Click on the Submit Button.
Register as an Employer
- Click on the Login/Register tab present at the top right corner on the Home Page.
- Select the option Applicant from the drop-down.
- It then redirects the candidate to the registration page below.
- Click on the register now link at the bottom of the login page.
- Click on the links below to start registering as a Government Organisation or Non-Government Organisation.
- If you select as Non-Government Employer, it then displays the below form.
- Enter the Phone Number, Official Email Address, Company Name, Authorised Person’s Phone and Email Address.
- Enter Company Address, Company Website, City and State.
- Verify all the details and click on the button Request to Register.
