Andhra Pradesh YSR Government has launched a scheme for the benefit of the employees in the state. The scheme is termed as Employees Health Card Scheme. Through this scheme, the AP State Government is providing the health cards to the employees of the state to avail of the medical benefits during a medical emergency. The scheme applies to the Employees of State Government, their families and pensioners in the state.

Features of the AP Health Card Scheme 

Let us see the features of the AP EHS Scheme launched by the AP State Government for the benefits of the government employees.

  • The eligible beneficiaries can avail of the free medical treatment up to 10 days after discharge.
  • The candidates can avail of the different services like doctor consultation, routine investigation, drugs and others up to 1 year.
  • The employees can avail of the outpatient treatment for a long-term illness.
  • Each illness episodes cost a maximum of the Rupees 2 Lakhs.
  • If expenses exceed Rs. 2 Lakhs limit, the above sum does not apply.
  • The Claims above Rs. 2 Lakhs are directed for settlement to the CEO of the Aarogyasri Trust.

Login Online with User ID for EHS AP Health Card Scheme 

Let us see the online procedure to apply online for the Employee Health Card Scheme of Andhra Pradesh State.

  • Visit the Official Website of EHS AP.
  • It takes the online user to the Home Page Below.
  • Enter the User Name and Password on the Login Page.
  • Select the Login Type (DDO, Employee, HOD, Pensioner, STO, Trust).
  • It then takes the online user to the dashboard below.
  • Click on the Registrations Tab on the dashboard page.

Apply Online for YSR EHS AP Health Card@ehs.ap.gov.in

  • Click on the Initiate Health Card/View Application from the drop-down, as shown above.
  • It then redirects to the following page below.
  • Click on the Option Aadhaar Number, Enter the Aadhaar Number and Click on the Retrieve Details Button.
  • On the newly opened page, you can find the Login Name and Aadhaar Number.
  • In the personal details section, Enter the Retirement Type (Voluntary Retirement/Retired at end of service).
  • Enter Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Marital Status, Date of Retirement, Community and Disability Status.
  • In the Address Details Section, Enter House Number, Street Number, State, District, Mandal/Municipality, Village/Cities/Towns, Email, and Mobile Number.

  • In the Identification Details Section, Enter the Ration Card Number, Identification Marks 1 and Identification Marks 2.
  • In the Last Posting Details Section, Enter the HOD, Last Posted Date, Last Posted District, Pay Source, PRC and Pay Grade.
  • In the Pension Office Details Section, Enter the Pension Office State, Pension Office District, STO Office.
  • Click on the Save Button.
  • Now Click on the Add Attachments to attach the required documents.
  • Upload the Signed Application Form, Aadhaar Card, Photo of the Applicant.
  • It then displays the dialogue box Enrolment Application and Sent to DDO/STO for approval.

Download EHS AP Health Card

  • Go to the dashboard and click on the Download Health Card.
  • It then downloads the Health Card on your desktop.

Add Beneficiary Details in YSR Health Card

  • The applicants can click on the Add New Beneficiary.
  • It then displays the below page.
  • Enter the Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number.
  • Enter the details of the beneficiary, such as Name, Gender, Select Relationship, Disability Status.
  • Upload the Aadhaar Certificate and Photo.

Check Health Card Application Status 

Let us see the procedure to check the online procedure to check the application status of the Health Card.

  • Click Here to check the application status of the EHS Health Card of the candidates.
  • On the newly opened page, Enter the Employee ID or Pensioner ID.
  • Click on the Search Button.
  • It then displays the application status of the applicants.

Search Employee Enrollment Status Online 

Let us see the online procedure to know the Employee Enrollment Status Online.

  • Visit the Official Portal EHS AP.
  • It takes the online user to the Home Page.
  • Click on the Search Employee Enrollment Status.
  • On the newly opened page, Enter the Employee Name, Date of Birth, Name of Department, and DDO.
  • Click on the Search Button.
  • It then displays the enrollment status of the employees.
  • In case if the employee is not enrolled, it then shows the status a “Not enrolled.”

Employee Medical Reimbursement Status

The employees can check the medical reimbursement status of the EHS, as shown below.

  • Visit the Official Website of EHS AP.
  •  Click on Employee Medical Reimbursement Status on the Home Page.
  • The applicant will be redirected to a new page. 
  • The candidate should select if the reimbursement initiated online or offline mode.
  • The candidate should enter the Trust Number.
  • Now, Enter the DME number and click on Search Button.
  •  The applicant then will be able to view details such as Employee Name, Patient Name, DME no. along with the status.
