YSR Bima Scheme, also called as “YSR Bima Pathakam” is the replacement scheme of earlier “Chandranna Bima Pathakam”. YSR Bima Scheme Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant should belong to the vulnerable section working as a laborer in unorganised sector.
- The applicant’s age group should be in between 18 years to 59 years of age.
- The beneficiary family is eligible to claim the monetary assistance from the government only when the applicant died of an accident or remained with a permanent disability.
Scheme Benefits of YSR Bima Pathakam 2021
Let us see the scheme benefits of AP YSR Bima Pathakam 2021 to the beneficiaries.
- Under this scheme, the beneficiaries family will get monetary assistance of Rupees 5,00,000 from the government if the beneficiary died in an accident or remained with a permanent disability.
- An amount of Rupees 2,25,000 is given under the State Accident Death and Disability Scheme, Rupees 75,000 is given by Aam Admi Bima Yojana (AABY), and an amount of Rupees 2,00,00 is given under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY).
- An amount of Rupees 3,62,500 is given for partial permanent disability relief.
- An amount of Rupees 2,25,000 is given under State Accident Death and Disability Scheme, Rupees 37,500 is sanctioned under Aam Admi Bima Yojana (AABY), and Rupees 1,00,00 is given under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY).
- The monetary assistance for Natural Death Relief will be 30,000 Rupees.
How to Register Online for YSR Bima Scheme 2021

- The unorganised workers have to pay a premium of 15 Rupees specified by the commissioner of labour to the volunteers.
- The applicants who want to register has to submit all the relevant documents to the volunteers involved in the survey.
- Once after the documents are submitted, then the verification and validations of certificates is done.
- After the verfication of the documents by the concerned authorities, the beneficiary will receive the YSR Bima Card.
NOTE: The beneficiaries whose death is abnormal and not listed in the Bima Scheme are not eligible to claim the monetary benefits that are given under this scheme.

- It expands into years, Select the 2021 Reports
- It displays the district wise details, as shown below.
- Now, the applicant should click on the below District he/she belongs.
- After clicking on the District, it opens up the web page which shows the city or village.
- Now, click on the Ward/Block of the applicant. It shows the list of the Block/Ward details.
