How to Check Application Status Online @ tnesevai.tn.gov.in

Let us see the online procedure to check the application status online on the TN E Sevai Portal.

  • Visit the Official Portal of the tnesevai portal.
  • It takes the online user to the home page below.
  • Click on the Citizen Login on the Home Page.
  • It then redirects the online applicant to the following page below.
  • Enter the User Name and Password.
  • Enter the Captcha Code and Click on the Login Button.
  • The applicants can also Login with Mobile Number on the portal.
  • It then takes the online user to the user dashboard below.
  • Click on the Check Status on the left side of the web page.
  • It then opens up the online user to the following page above.
  • Enter the Application Number or Transaction Number.
  • Click on the Fetch Button.

  • Click on the Citizen Login on the Home Page.

  • It then opens up the dialogue box below.
  • Click on the Proceed Button as shown on the above page.
  • Enter the Applicant CAN Number, Applicant Name, Applicant Father Name, Applicant Mobile Number, Applicant Email ID, and Date of Birth on the newly opened page.
  • Click on the Search Button.
  • It then displays the details of the CAN Number.
  • Click on the Proceed Button.
  • Enter/Select the Appellation, Applicant Name, Relationship, Father / Husband / Guardian Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Marital Status, Community on the newly opened page.
  • In the Current Address Section, Enter / Select the State, Taluk, Revenue Village, Street / Name / Number, and Hamlet.
  •  Enter the Phone Number and Email ID.
  • Enter the Details of the Family Numbers.
  • Enter / Select the Name, Age, Relationship, Age, Sex, Relationship, Profession.
  • Select the sources of income (Agriculture and Allied, Salary, Business, Rent, Others).
  • Enter the Monthly Income, Annual Income, and Grand Total in Rupees.
  • Click on the Add Button and Submit Button later.
  • The applicant can find out the list of mandatory documents to be upload on the portal on the next page.
  • Upload all the documents and click on the make payment button.
  • The applicants have to pay the application fee of Rupees 60 through Debit Card, UPI Banking, and Internet Banking.
  • After the successful payment, the applicants can observe the payment details, as shown below.

Apply / Download OBC Community Certificate Online @ tnesevai.tn.gov.in

  • Visit the Official Portal of the tnesevai portal.
  • It takes the online user to the home page below.
  • Click on the Citizen Login on the Home Page.
  • It then redirects the online applicant to the following page below.
  • Enter the User Name and Password.
  • Enter the Captcha Code and Click on the Login Button.
  • The applicants can also Login with Mobile Number on the portal.
  • It then takes the online user to the user dashboard below.
  • Click on the Revenue Department link on the same page.
  • Click on the option: Other Backward Classes (OBC Certificate).
  • It then opens up the dialogue box, click on the Proceed Button.
  • Enter the Applicant CAN Number, Applicant Name, Applicant Father Name, Applicant Mobile Number, Applicant Email ID, and Date of Birth on the newly opened page.
  • Click on the Proceed Button.
  • Enter/Select the Appellation, Applicant Name, Relationship, Father / Husband / Guardian Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Marital Status, Community on the newly opened page.
  • In the Current Address Section, Enter / Select the State, Taluk, Revenue Village, Street / Name / Number, and Hamlet.
  • Click on the Check Box, If the current address is the same as the permanent address.
  • Under the Personal Details Section, Enter/Select the Religion, Caste, Serial Number of Caste in the Central List of OBC’s, and Occupational Groups.
  • Select the Status of Father / Husband and Mother (Answer Yes / No).
  • Under the Contact Details Section, Enter the Phone / Landline Number with STD Code, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
  • Click on the Declaration Check Box and then click on the Submit Button.
  • The applicant can find out the list of mandatory documents to be upload on the portal on the next page.
  • Upload all the documents and click on the make payment button.
  • The applicants have to pay the application fee of Rupees 60 through Debit Card, UPI Banking, and Internet Banking.
  • After the successful payment, the applicants can observe the payment details, as shown below.
