RGRHCL CM One Lakh Housing Scheme 2023 – 1/2 BHK, Nannamane ashraya.karnataka.gov.in Apply

Under the CM Housing Scheme, the 2 BHK housing scheme is now functional in Karnataka. One can now submit an online application for the RGRHCL 2BHK housing scheme. Apart from this, applications are open for the Nannamane housing scheme too.

This article explains the application process for housing schemes on the Ashraya Karnataka portal.

One Lakh Housing Scheme 2023

The government of Karnataka is implementing the CM housing scheme. Under this scheme, 9 lakh houses are to be constructed.

This includes 1 BHK & 2 BHK Flats.

All eligible and interested applicants need to fill in the application form and make payment to complete Booking of Flats.

CM 1 BHK Flats under 1 Lakh Housing Scheme

For 1 BHK Flats under the CM 1 Lakh housing scheme, one may apply online and submit the application.

Note : At this time, online applications for 1 BHK flats are not acceptable. You may proceed with registering 2 BHK Houses and flats under Nannamane scheme.

Karnataka CM 2 BHK Housing Scheme

The CM one lakh housing scheme comprises 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats. When writing this article, the registration process for 2 BHK flats is online.

If you are interested and eligible, you must complete the registration process on the ashraya.karnataka.gov.in portal.

The online applications are now accepted for the 2 BHK housing scheme.

Here is how to register.

• Go to CM One lakh 2 BHK housing scheme page
• https://ashraya.karnataka.gov.in/cm_onelakh_2bhk/CM_Onelakh_2BHK_Public.aspx
• Click on the Application Form link.
• Select your constituency and then select your Area
• Then select Town/Village/Taluka etc.
• After this, you are asked to enter your Aadhaar Number
• Feed in the aadhar number and continue the form filling
• Feed in all asked details and save the application
• Then you need to make online payment to complete the Flat booking process.

RGRHCL One Lakh Housing Scheme 2 BHK Flat Booking

Once you have completed the registration process, as mentioned above, you need to complete the flat booking process.

• Go to “Flat Booking”
• Enter your application number
• Hit Submit button
• Now, proceed with the flat booking process

Nannamane Housing Scheme under CM 1 Lakh Housing

• Head to https://ashraya.karnataka.gov.in in this select “Nanna Mane Housing Scheme”.
• Now Select your Constituency name
• Clearly mention the Zone, and Ward Numbers and enter the Present address with Pin code, then click the proceed button.
• Feed in the Aadhar Number, name as per Aadhar Card then hit the proceed Button.
• If Aadhar and name match then the ration card number, the ration card number will be auto generated
• After this, family member’s details will be displayed on the screen.
• From the list, select the particular member on whose name the application is to be filled.
• Enter the applicant ’s details in the respected fields as shown (Father Name/Spouse Name, Gender, Date of Birth, and Marital Status, working Mobile Number, Religion, and Category).
• Mention the caste RD number and Income RD number. Then click on proceed Button.
• If the applicant claims reservation under a particular category, then mention the details on that specific selection.
• Select the period of residing in Bangalore, enter the Residential Certificate RD number, and click the Proceed button.
• Enter the bank details of the applicant.
• Enter the employment status and click on the save button.

Note: Before clicking the save button, Kindly double check the entered details.

• The applicant will receive an OTP from the mentioned Mobile number in the application.
• The applicant will receive a message from RGHCL regarding the application status.
• After entering OTP, the page will redirect to the generation of challan or online payment.

Nannamane Flat Booking Process

After making the payment, you can proceed towards the flat booking process.

• Click on the “Flat Booking” Link
• Enter your application number and click on “Continue”
• Complete the booking process.
