  5. Banks’ refusal to close or delay in closing accounts.
  6. Not following the fair practices code as adopted by the bank;
  7. Non-adherence to RBI instruction concerning Mobile Banking / Electronic Banking service in India.
  8. Non-payment or delay in payment of inward remittances.
