It’s time to put exam anxiety behind you and get motivated to perform your best! Pariksha Pe Charcha with the Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi is finally here, awaited by every student in India.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also connect with parents and teachers to assist and empower them to assist students in achieving their dreams and goals. Pariksha Pe Charcha PPC 2023 Guidelines

For Students

• Participation is restricted to ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth graders.
• One can enter the competition by registering on the MyGov portal.
• Participants from outside India can register using an OTP issued to their email addresses.
• Students can only engage in one of the assigned themes.
• Students must not exceed the specified word count for each exercise.
• Students must offer responses that are original, imaginative, and straightforward.
• The length of the query should not exceed 500 characters.
• All students will get a digital certificate of participation, which they may download and share on social media with the hashtag #PPC2023.
• Students can use their parents’ or teachers’ mobile phone numbers.
• Participants must submit only original, self-written responses.
• Any participant who makes a false representation or submits incorrect information may be disqualified from the PPC 2023.
• The entry cannot contain inflammatory, offensive, or inappropriate material.
• The participant is responsible for invalid or late entries and the publication of unlawfully duplicated content.
• MoE and MyGov may utilise all participant submissions on social media platforms, websites, or any other format deemed necessary.
• The Director of NCERT will issue a Certificate of Appreciation to each winner.
• In addition, each winner will receive a Pariksha Pe Charcha Kit containing the Exam Warriors book in Hindi and English, written by the honourable prime minister.

Guidelines for Parents & Teachers

• Participation is available to all Teachers and Parents.
• Parents and Teachers can enter the contest by registering on the MyGov website.
• Parents and Teachers may only engage in one of the designated themes.
• Parents and teachers should not exceed the specified word limit for each activity.
• Responses must be original, innovative, and straightforward.
• All Parents and Teachers who successfully submit an entry will receive a digital participation certificate that they can download and post on social media using the hashtag #PPC2023.
• Participants must submit only original, self-written responses.
• The entry cannot contain inflammatory, offensive, or inappropriate material.
• The participant is responsible for invalid or late entries and the publication of unlawfully duplicated content.
• MoE and MyGov may utilise all participant submissions on social media platforms, websites, or any other format deemed necessary.

If the interested student doesn’t have internet access, he/she can take help from the teacher. Here are the steps:

• Students without internet access, email addresses, or mobile phone numbers may participate in PPC 2023 using the “Participate through Teacher” option.
• One teacher can log in and enable one or more students (one at a time) by entering the correct student information and their entries.
• Teachers can monitor the progress of all contributions they have made upon clicking the ‘Participate through Teacher’ button.

• Go to https://innovateindia.mygov.in/ppc-2023/
• Click on “Participate Now”
• Choose the applicable option. The available options are:

1. Student (Self-Participation) – This is applicable for students of classes 9th to 12th
2. Student (Participation through Teacher login) – For students in the ninth through twelfth grades who lack internet access, an email address, or a mobile phone.
3. Teacher – For Teachers
4. Parent – For Parents of children attending school

• Corresponding to the applicable option, click on “Login to Submit.”
• You will now be redirected to the Mygov portal login page, where you must enter the login credentials.

• After successful login, you may submit your question and participate.
