The Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation (TSMDC) has launched Sand Sale Management and Monitoring System (SSMMS). It is an online portal that enables the citizens to avail of various services like Online Sand Purchase, Delivery and Tracking their sand bookings. The state government claimed that this initiative would end illegal sand mining activities in the state and avoid the interference of the middlemen in the sand purchase.

The applicants should register on the Telangana SSMMS portal to carry any Sand Booking and Sand Purchase activities. Let us see the procedure to register online for the Telangana Booking Portal.
- Visit the Official Portal of Telangana SSMMS.
- It takes the online applicants to the Home Page Below.
- Click on the Registrations option in the menu bar.

- Click on the Customer Registration to get registered as a new user on the portal.

- Enter/Select the Mobile Number, Customer Name (Same as Aadhar), District, Mandal, Village, Street House Number, Pin Code, and Email ID.
- Enter Aadhar Number, PAN Number, and Upload Aadhar & PAN Proof.
- Under the Login Details, Enter User ID, Password, and Confirm Password.
- Click on the Checkbox: I have Accepted Terms and Conditions.
- Verify all the details and click on the Register Button.
- It then registers your account on the SSMMS Portal.

How to Book Sand Online on Telangana SSMMS Portal
Let us see the online process to book sand online on the TS SSMMS Official Portal. Please remember that only registered customers can avail of the Sand Booking facility.
- Visit the Official Portal of Telangana SSMMS.
- It takes the online applicants to the Home Page below.
- Click on the Online Sand Bookings option from the same page.
- It then opens up the following page below, in which the online applicants should enter the user name, password, captcha code and click on the login button.
TS SSMMS Login Procedure
- It then sends an OTP to the Registered Mobile Number.
- Copy the OTP and Enter it in the respective field on the page.
- It then redirects the online applicant to the New Booking Page below.
- Select the District from the dropdown.
- The applicant can then observe the prefilled details of him that have given during the registration process.
- Under the Order Information Section, select the purpose of sand (Commercial or Domestic Use) and Enter the Vehicle Number.
- Under the Construction Site / Delivery Address, Select the District, Mandal / Municipality, and Village.
- Enter the Captcha Code and Select the Payment options: Netbanking EBS or Netbanking PAYU.
- After choosing any of the two options, the applicants can proceed to the payment process to book the sand.
How to Track Order of TS Sand Booking Online

- Go and visit the Official Portal of Telangana Sand Booking.
- Click on the Vehicle Registration under the Registrations section in the menu bar.
- It then opens up the below Vehicle Registration Form.
- Select the Vehicle Type, Mobile Number, Vehicle Number, Vehicle Owner Name in RC, Quantity (Gross Weight), Engine Number, Chassis Number, and Address same as in RC.
- Upload the copy of the RC Certificate and Enter the Captcha Code.
- Click on the Register button.
