- Those who didn’t use Nationwide’s website, Internet Bank, or Banking app to request the switch.
- Those who manually or only partially switched their account and did not complete a full switch.
- Those who didn’t use the Current Account Switch Service to complete the switch and the account with another provider wasn’t closed as part of the switch.
- Those who didn’t transfer a minimum of 2 active Direct Debits as part of the switch.
- Those who didn’t complete the switch within 60 days of requesting it.
- Those who started an application to open a FlexAccount, FlexPlus, or FlexDirect current account with Nationwide and requested the switch as part of the application before the offer was made available.
- Those who previously benefited from this offer or any previous current account online switch offer since August 18, 2021.
- Those who are switching into a Nationwide current account that has already been switched into and benefited under this or any previous current account online switch offer since August 18, 2021.
- Those who or a joint account holder already has a current account with Nationwide that’s being managed by the Collection and Recoveries department at the time the switch completes.
- Those who, or any of their accounts held with Nationwide, are subject to a financial sanction or restraint order, or Nationwide is aware or reasonably suspects that fraudulent activity has taken place.
