The project’s name is Kaushalya Karnataka, and the government has also launched an online web portal for the same. The main objective of the Kaushalya Karnataka is to enhance the employment opportunities to the youth by providing them with the skill development training. Through this initiation, the unemployed can enrol themselves in the scheme and utilize the scheme for getting employment.

Let us see the step by step guide to apply for the Karnataka Kaushalya Mission for the unemployed youth.
- Visit the Official Portal of Kaushalya Karnataka.
- It takes the online user to the Home Page Below.
- Click on the Registrations tab in the menu bar.
- It expands into dropdown with the following options: Aspirant, Training Provider, and Assessment Body.
- Select and Click on the Aspirant.
- It then redirects the online applicant to the next page below.
Kaushalya Karnataka Online Registration Form 2021
- On the newly opened page, select skills, Apprenticeship, employment and self-employment.
- Click on the Skill option, it then takes you to the above web page.
- Enter the Aadhaar Number and click on the Next Button.
- Enter the First Name, Last Name, 10 Digit Mobile Number, Email, Date of Birth, and Select the Gender, Marital Status and Specially abled.
- Select Religion, Category, Trainee Classification and Enter the Father / Guardian Details.
- In the Current Address Section, Select / Enter the Location, Street Address, Street Address Line 2, State, District, Taluk, City and Pin Code.
- In the Permanent Address Section, Answer the Question: Is your Permanent Address same as Permanent Address.
- If it is different, Select / Enter the Location, Street Address, Street Address Line 2, State, District, Taluk, City and Pin Code.
- In the Education Details Section, Select / Enter Education, Stream, Subject, Language of Instruction, and Year of Passing.
- Select / Enter the Languages Known, Past Skill Experience, Skills Sought, Preferred Duration of Training Required and willing to take Apprenticeship.
- Select the Yes / No for Questions: Currently Employed, Have you been previously employed, and Are you willing to Migrate.
- Select the Expected Salary Outside District in Rupees, Expected Salary Within District in Rupees.
- Upload the scanned copy of Proof of Education, Proof of Age, Resume, Any Other Certification, Profile Image and Send / Resend OTP.
- Copies the OTP generated to your mobile number and paste it in the respective field.
- Verify all the details and click on the submit button.
Kaushalya Karnataka Login Procedure
- After the successful registration on the portal, the users should go back to the Home Page.
- On the Home Page, Click on the Login tab in the Menu Bar.
- It then redirects the online users to the following page below.
- Enter your Email ID and Password.
- Click on the Login button.
- It then takes the online user to the dashboard.

Training Provider Registration Process on Kaushalya Karnataka
Let us see the online procedure for the training providers to register on Kaushalya Karnataka Portal.
- Click on the Registrations tab in the menu bar.
- It expands into dropdown with the following options: Aspirant, Training Provider, and Assessment Body.
- Select and Click on the Training Provider.
- It then redirects the online applicant to the next page below.
- On the newly opened page, Enter/Select the Name of the Training Provider, Type of Training Provider, Main Business / Background of the TP, Past Experience in Skilling, the Current States of Operation, and Website.
- In the Contact Person Details, Enter the Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Aadhaar Number, of the CEO / MD / Head.
- Enter the Name, Email and Mobile Number of the Authorised Signatory.
- Enter the Name, Email ID, Mobile Number of the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and Landline Number of the TP.
- In the Contact Address Details, Enter the Year of Incorporation, PAN Number of the TP, and TAN Number of the TP.
- Also, Upload the Certificate of Incorporation of the TP, PAN Proof, and TAN Proof.
- Enter/Select the Address Line 1, Address Line 2, State, District / City, Sub District, Landmark, Pin Code, Address Proof ID, and Schemes.
- Also, upload the Address Proof of the candidate.
- Verify all the details and click on the Next Button.
- In the next steps, Enter the Financial Details, Skilling Experience Details, and click on the Submit Button.
