How to Register Online in Employment Exchange

• Go to eemis hp portal
• Under the candidate section, Click on the “Register” option
• This opens up the Signup page

• Enter the mobile number, email id, password and the captcha code
• Then click on the “Sign up” button.

The user shall receive an email with the Activation link. Use the link to activate the account. After activation, the candidate is good to go.

After successful account creation and activation, the job seeker must log in. Follow these steps:

• Go to https://eemis.hp.nic.in
• Under the Candidate section, click on “Click here to Login.”
• You are now redirected to the login page.

• Enter the Login ID, Password and enter the captcha text
• Then click on the “Login” button to complete the process.

Note: Login ID can be your email id or mobile number.

HP Employment Exchange Online Enrolment

• After the first time login, the user needs to submit the enrolment application. To do that, make sure you are logged in to your account.
• Then, Click on the “Apply Registration” option
• Now enter all the asked information and upload the required documents
• Then hit the submit button to submit your enrollment request

After you apply, your application is forwarded to the department. The concerned officials then review your application and accept or reject it, depending on the verification of documentation and information provided.

HP Employment Exchange Online Renewal

In this section, let’s explore the process of renewing your employment exchange registration.

After every 3 years, every candidate shall renew his/her registration. There is a grace period of 2 months. After that, if you don’t renew, your registration will be considered null or void. That’s why completing the online renewal of your HP employment exchange registration is essential.
