Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Board has launched an online portal for the students who are seeking UG and PG College Admissions. For this, the MP Government has launched Epravesh Portal for its students. The government has also unveiled the website link for the registrations online. Moreover, the applicants can enroll in courses like BA / BSc / BCom and MA / MSc / MCom.

The interested applicant students can visit the official portal epravesh.mponline.gov.in and continue their online registrations for the courses.

This article explains the online procedure to fill the application form, registration online, colleges list, eligibility criteria and the Login Process.

MP Online Epravesh Portal Eligibility Criteria 

Let us look at the eligibility criteria that an applicant student should fulfill to apply on E-Pravesh Portal.

• The applicant must pass the class 12th from a recognized board and pass an entrance test to get eligible for the scheme.
• The students seeking admissions into Post Graduation Courses should have 65% marks in their graduation courses.
•  The candidates should have all the relevant documents to get eligible for the courses.

Let us see the step by step guide to apply for the UG/PG Courses on the MP Online Epravesh Portal.

• Visit the official portal of MP Online Epravesh.
• It takes the online user to the home page below.

• Scroll down the home page and click on the Undergraduate Section.

•   It then takes the online user to the following page below.

•  Readout all the instructions, click on the Declaration Check Box and then click on the I Agree Button.
•  It then redirects the online user to the following page below.

• Click on the New Registration Form under Under Graduate First Round Link.
• It then opens up the next page, as shown below.

Epravesh (UG/PG) Courses Online Registration Form 2021

• Select/Enter the 10th Board, 10th Examination Year, 10th Roll Number, 10th Date of Birth.
•  Select/Enter the 12th Board, 12th Examination Year, 12th Roll Number, and Mother Name (as per marksheet).
•  Verify all the details once again and click on the Get Details button.
• It then displays the complete details of the candidate on the same page, as shown below.

• Select/Enter the remaining details like Gender, Confirm Gender, Religion, Blood Group, Marital Status, Samagra ID, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
• Click on the Verify Mobile Number.
• After verifying the mobile number, the applicant should create and confirm their new password.
• Click on the Save and Next Button.
•  It then redirects the online user to the below page.

• The applicant can observe the pre-filled details in the correspondence address section.
• In the Permanent Address Section, Enter / Select the House Number / Street / Mohalla / Village, Area / Colony / Tehsil, State, City, District, and Pin Code.
• The candidate can enter the optional mobile number if he/she wants to submit it.
• Click on the Save & Next button.

• On the next page, Enter / Select the Yes/No for Madhya Pradesh Domicile question, Non-Minority Status, Category, Confirm Category.
• Enter the Caste Certificate Number issued online.
• Enter the total family annual income in rupees.
• Select Yes/No for the J&K Migrant Question.
• Select the Disability Status and enter the concerned details.
• Select your eligibility for the weightage and click on the save and next.
• It then displays the qualification details of the applicant.

• Enter any further information missing in the form and click on the Save & Next Button.
• On the next page, upload the scanned photograph and digital signature.

• Click on the Save and Next Button.
• Fill out the necessary details in the Misconduct Section and click on the save and next button, as shown below.

• It then displays the online verified preview of the application form.

• Continue the payment process through Net Banking / Credit / Debit Card and download the payment receipt for future references.

Note: The registration process for entry into Post Graduation Courses is also similar to the UG Courses Application Process, as shown above. However, the approach may differ slightly compared to the UG Courses. Please also note that the online registration and choice filling process will start in June.

How to Login on MP Online e-Pravesh Portal

• Visit the official portal of MP Online Epravesh.
• It takes the online user to the home page below.

• Click on the Under Graduation or Post Graduation Options on the following page.
• Click on the Online Admission Option on the newly opened page.
• It then displays the Student Login Page, as shown below.

• Enter the Application ID, Date of Birth, Online Admission Password and answer the simple mathematical calculation.
• Click on the View Details Button.
• Then, the applicants can access the dashboard and apply for the courses and other services.
