User Registration

• Go to the Shri Dharmasthala portal.
• Head to the “Devotees” section and click “Online Room Booking.”
• This opens up another page on the right; you will see a login box.

• Below the login button, Click on “Register.”
• This opens up the registration form.

• Enter asked details like Name, Mobile, Email, Aaadhaar card (Pan Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, Driving License), Address etc.
• After providing the requested information, hit the submit button.
• You are asked to verify your mobile number using OTP on the next page.
• After successful mobile verification, verify your email ID.
• This completes the user registration process.

• After you enter the correct details, the dashboard opens up

• Enter the check-in and Checkout date.
• Then, click on “Go”
• Depending on the availability, you will see the accommodation option

• You will see the Guest House/Lodge Name along with the pricing
• Click on the one you want to book
• This opens up another page

• Make selections as per your priority
• Choose the number of Rooms, Number of people.
• You have the option to book for yourself or others
• Make the online payment to confirm the room booking

Dharmasthala Accommodation Booking Receipt/Confirmation

After you complete the booking process successfully, you shall see the receipt on the screen. This receipt can be downloaded as a pdf or image on your computer or phone.

• The receipt contains the Receipt number, Unique Number, Booked Date & Booking ID.

• Head to the booked guest house as per the schedule and carry the booking confirmation

Rules & Regulations

• Alcohol, non-vegetarian food, smoking, and explosives are prohibited in apartments and temple grounds.
• Photography and videography are prohibited.
• Only AC rooms have blankets, no soap or towels.
• Room cooking is banned.
• No pets.
• No room service.
• Temple Guesthouse, please cooperate.

Terms and Conditions

• Pilgrims can book online 20 days before check-in. Book at least two days before check-in. The pilgrim who books and claims lodging must be over 18.
• Max Four rooms are allowed per pilgrim.
• Rooms are non-refundable. Bookings cannot be delayed or advanced.
• 7AM–9PM is check-in time. The booking software does not allow check-in after changing the booked date—midnight of the day.
• The pilgrim must pay a refundable security deposit at check-in.
• The guest house authorities are not liable for unanticipated damage, loss, or accidents.
• Room cancellations are accepted two days before check-in. Cancellation refunds 50% of upfront room rent within 20 working days.
• Guest house management may change terms and conditions without notice.
