• Please upload the Passport Size Photos of the Father, Mother, and Applicant.
• Under the Applicant Section’s Details, Enter/Select the Child’s Father Name, Last Name, Gender, Mother Tongue, Date of Birth, Email ID, and Mobile Number.

• Enter the Languages Spoken at Home, Parent/ Guardian Residential Address, City, and State.
• Under the Mother Section’s Details, Enter the Name, Age, Residential Address, Telephone Number (Office and Residence), Mobile Number, Email ID.
• Enter the Hometown, Nature of Work, Name of the Organisation, Office Address, Mother Tongue.
• Select and Enter the Language Spoken.

• Enter the details of sibling Studying in the Sardar Patel Vidyalaya.
• Select the points for Alumnus, First Born, and Language,
• Click on the Speak, Read and Write.
• Enter the Additional Information in the text area.
• Verify all the details and click on the Submit Form Button.
• It then redirects the parent applicants to the payment gateway page.
• The applicants should pay the application fee in any of the payment modes.
• It then generates the Application ID after the successful completion of the online registration process.
