AMC Online Hall Booking 2023 Explained
Kindly follow these steps to reserve Community Hall or Party Plot:
- Go to https://ahmedabadcity.gov.in/
- Then head to the “Online Services” section
- Choose the section option – “Online Service- With Login.”
- Now choose the last submenu item, “Hall Booking.”
- Then click on “Apply for Hall Booking.”
- You are now redirected to the “Apply for Hall Booking” page.
- First of all, Choose the “Hall Category”, then choose “Hall Name”, “Month” and Year
Note: The available hall categories are: Auditorium Hall, Bagefirdosh Auditorium Hall, Community Hall or Party Plot, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Memorial Hall, Municipal Community Hall, Open Air Theater, Party Plot, Picnic House, Rabindranath Tagore Hall, Sardar Patel Stadium, Seth Mangaldas Townhall
- After the Hall Category selection, choose the Hall name from the list
- Then select the month and year to check for the availability
- After you hit the search button, you will see the Availability Chart on the screen
- To continue with the booking, use the option “For Hall Booking, request you to Click Here.”
- As soon as you click on that, you are asked to Login
Note: New users need to create an account so that they can log in and book the hall
- Enter your username and password
- Continue with the booking process
- Make the payment to confirm the reservation
- Keep a note of the reference number
